Service Description

This is an introduction into the basic techniques of kiln forming with glass. Students will be learning about safety, tools, how to cut and design glass in a solid state, and basic firing techniques in the kiln. There are 3 set projects for this class: Jewelry, Sun-catchers, and a 7.5” Round Plate. Tools and basic supplies are included in this course. If additional glass is needed, it will be the responsibility of the student to provided it for themselves (information on this will be provided in the class). Ages 14+
