What to Expect
Arts in the Sunset is a big place, with so much to see and do. Inside you will see studio artists, the Public Gallery, Owlworks gift shop, The Amarillo Art Institute and more!

Public Gallery
Up and down the main hallway of the building is our Public Gallery. These pieces are by local and regional artists, and there is also artwork from the Ann Crouch Permanent Collection on display. For more information about the Public Gallery, click here.
Owlworks is Arts in the Sunset's gift shop. Items are handmade by members and students of the Amarillo Art Institute. It’s a great place to shop if you are looking for a unique gift or a little something for yourself. For more information about Owlworks, click here!
BlindBird Designs is a glass blowing studio located in the (directions) corner of the building. They have a private gift shop, and offer classes. For more information about BlindBird Designs, click here!
Arts in the Sunset hosts 25+ studio artists with a wide variety of styles, techniques, and mediums. They all work in their studios throughout the week, so make sure to say, "Hello!" if you stop by. For more information about our Studio Artists, click here!

What to Expect
We have ongoing classes workshops, events, exhibitions and rotating artwork throughout our building. Please be respectful of volume, disrupting behavior such as; running, skating, and intruding classes. For a full list code of conduct, click here. Arts in the Sunset is a pet free environment.
When visiting Arts in the Sunset, guests may experience bright lights, occasional loud or sudden noises, and varying levels of activity, including private classes or large crowds. Children may also be present throughout the building for classes, camps, tours and activities. Some artwork may explore themes or imagery that evoke strong emotions. We encourage each visitor to consider these factors and decide if this is a space they wish to enjoy.
Accessibility
The building includes handicap-accessible restrooms and a limited number of wheelchairs for use. Some areas involve long walks, gentle slopes, or a small number of stairs. Visitors with mobility concerns should plan accordingly.

With a wide variety of duties shared over the entire facility, staff is not always readily available in the office for drop-in meetings, tours, or event inquires. You are welcome to call and leave a message, or request an appointment here. Messages are returned in 24-48 hours on weekdays
